Natural “Magic Shell” Chocolate Topping
8 ounces dark chocolate 60%-75% range.
2 tablespoons coconut oil
Melt together on stove top or microwave, making sure not to scorch the chocolate. Store in the refrigerator in a covered jar and just reheat before use.
By all means, make certain to dunk some cold strawberries in this as well, and if need be, refrigerate for a minute or two.
